She has built stable, scalable operating structures in regulated and high-growth environments, combining strategic, technological, and commercial perspectives.
At FIS Global (NYSE-listed, 60,000 employees), she was responsible for a global services organisation serving 7,000+ enterprise clients, leading teams across Europe, the US, and APAC, and managing 100+ specialists. She held full P&L responsibility and expanded operational and commercial scope from USD 35M to over USD 150M by adding new products, regions, and global delivery structures. She led process transformations, implemented AI-enabled operating models, oversaw cloud migrations for 3,000+ clients, and designed a global partner services model. She was twice awarded FIS Employee of the Year (2019, 2023).
At National Instruments (Emerson Group), she managed a regional services line worth USD 30M, achieving 35% CAGR over three years, expanding the services portfolio, and building a professional delivery organisation for 700+ enterprise clients across CEE.
Today, as an executive advisor, she supports technology, digital, and service companies in operating model design, AI readiness, end-to-end transformations, and scaling teams and services. She is a Partner at INCEPTI, founder of Business Canvas AI and LejdiSapiens, and an Executive MBA lecturer at the University of Warsaw (leadership and change in the age of AI).
