With over 15 years of experience in people and business development across the tech industry, including automotive and fintech, I bring visionary leadership to the forefront. I cultivate an inclusive, empowering leadership style, consistently driving long-term strategy and managing complex transformation initiatives.
My expertise extends to Pioneering Strategic Innovation & Ecosystem Design, where I’ve led AI initiatives and service design projects that directly enhanced client experience and product portfolios. From Managed Services Design to PaaS, SaaS management, and large-scale cloud migrations, I craft innovative, high-efficiency solutions to achieve organizational goals through expert performance and KPI management.
A Coach & Mentor Forged by Authentic Experience
What makes me an effective mentor and coach goes beyond professional achievements. For over five years, I’ve dedicated 95 coaching hours in the last year alone, helping individuals from Gen Z to Millennials navigate complex career paths and achieve personal milestones. My commitment extends to nurturing the next wave of innovators, demonstrated by partnerships with four innovative startups and mentorship in programs like Sieć Przedsiębiorczych Kobiet, Perspektywy Women in Tech, and Fundacja Tworzymy.
My leadership philosophy is rooted in authenticity, a value I’ve learned to embrace around the age of forty. As I shared in my “Dress Code AI” keynote, true success and connection come when we are unapologetically ourselves.
